Course Description
This course covers basic principles of supply chain management and techniques to analyze various aspects of logistics systems. Key components such as Supply Management, Operations Management, Distribution Management as well as Integration of Supply Chain will be introduced and addressed. Various practical tools and real world case studies of these components will be presented to illustrate the importance and how to utilize the SCM for the success of any given business. This is an on-line course and students can access 24/7, the students can submit their requests/questions on Course Content (even from other textbooks) /Homework/Quiz/Case Studies.
